First time here! The restaurant itself is beautiful. Perfect lighting, noise level, decor & cleanliness. The food is excellent! We did all you can eat and the portions are perfect! Not too much per serving and not too little. Each order is enough that you can try many items. Delicious! The cheese wontons were probably the best we’ve had at any other restaurant so far. The green tea ice cream was the perfect sweet treat at the end of the meal. Our server for the night was Emily. She is incredible! Very friendly, sweet, professional and attentive. She made us feel comfortable and welcome. Her service is exemplary and we will be requesting to sit in her section if possible when we return. Must dine here!
Our server's name is Seher and she's very attentive to our order and needs. The initial hot green tea cups, dark ones, were fading. After we informed her about it, she took that seriously and replaced it with a new set that's clear colour. She then informed the manager about it where he came to apologize for the event and only charged 1 order instead of two. We ordered the Pad Thai with grilled chicken and mango salad option, as well as red fish coconut milk with coconut rice. We then asked her to serve it together, which she did. One suggestion to make, is either you have them to serve the fish right away instead once cooked OR ensure to have it kept hot while the other food are being made. It was a little warm for ours but no biggie for us. Aside from those, the food were amazing and love the ambiance! Will certainly come back with the family.
We've been coming to this location since it opened. Always great service and food! Everything tastes amazing, all you can eat is an absolute must! This location is designed really nice compared to the other locations. Great for parties, small get-togethers or just a night out. So glad to see Kenji back too - the best manager ever! We used to visit him in Oakville, but it now gives us more reasons to stick to this location only. He even recognized us - which is impressive given the traffic that comes to these restaurants. Thanks again for a great dine in experience, we will definitely return! Highly recommended to all the sushi and all you can eat lovers.
My family and I have been coming here often, and it’s always an amazing experience! We recently celebrated my dad’s birthday here, and just like every visit, the food was fresh and delicious, the atmosphere aesthetic and inviting, & the service friendly and attentive. A family favourite we’ll keep returning to!
This is a pan Asian cuisine restaurant which has both "All you can eat" and a-la-carte options. Unfortunately, as we have small appetites, we opted for the a la carte option both times we visited it. We were not disappointed! All the items, whether soup or main dishes, were fresh and full of diverse flavours. The quantities tend to be on the smaller side, considering the price. The service is a bit slow, dishes take quite some time to make their appearance. On the whole, it's a fulfilling experience having a meal at Spoon and Fork.
